India is a democratic, secular , republican and a sovereign nation. All the people in India have full discretion to practice their religion and have freedom of speech. And India has set an example all over the world. The verdict of the holy site in India, which was being awaited a very long time has been finally announced. Everyone has their own opinion regarding it. If any group is not satisfied , they can appeal to the supreme court and the question of riots does not arise. The verdict says that the land would be divided in to 3 parts of which 2 go to the Hindus belonging to different sects and the leftover to the Muslims(i.e. 1/3rd). I personally believe that firstly, the Babri Masjid, was an ancient monument built in the 16th century just like Taj Mahal and Red Fort, so it should have been left like a tourist spot. Secondly, respecting the sentiments of all the groups in India, it would have been better to give the place surrounding the Masjid to Hindus and Muslims for temple and mosque respectively in two different sides.
